StarSoft Advances Scrum and Agile Development
StarSoft Development Labs, a member of the USRCCNE since 2002, reports that its Agile Software Development Practice has grown significantly over the last several years. Many of its traditional clients have moved to working with StarSoft's experts in XP and Scrum, and new clients are coming on board specifically to benefit from the increased productivity and quality that StarSoft Agile Development Teams bring to complex software projects.
StarSoft is a pioneer in Agile Development in distributed environments, having introduced Agile services as early as 2002. Earlier this year, Jeff Sutherland, Ph.D. and co-creator of the Scrum Agile development process, declared the project between StarSoft St. Petersburg and its client SirsiDynix of Provo, Utah to be the world’s most productive large outsourced Java project documented to date. More information on the Horizon 8.0 project is available from the Scrum Alliance. StarSoft's Agile Development successes have also been written up in eWeek and The Agile Journal (September and October issues).
