The U.S. Department of Commerce, U.S. Commercial Service is organizing a Healthcare Trade Mission to Russia from June 3-7, 2013. Led by a senior Department of Commerce official, this mission is designed to provide a powerful opportunity to explore Russia’s rapidly expanding healthcare market.The purpose of the mission is to inform U.S. firms about Russia’s rapidly expanding healthcare market and to position U.S. companies to seize export opportunities. The trade mission will be comprised of representatives from leading U.S. companies providing state-of-the-art products, services and technology to sectors critical to healthcare development. The targeted sectors include medical equipment, dental equipment and biotechnology.
Participants will hear from industry experts and learn about the market by participating in Embassy briefings, and can explore additional opportunities at networking receptions. Activities will include one-on-one meetings with pre-screened business prospects.
The Commerce Department is now accepting applications for U.S. business participants, and qualified candidates will be selected on a rolling basis until March 15, 2013.
