Yaroslav LisssovolikYaroslav Lissovolik, Head of Company Research in Russia and Chief Economist of Deutsche Bank in Russia joined Deutsche Bank after the Bank acquired in 2006 United Financial Group. Previously he worked as UFG's Chief Economist from 2004 to 2006.

Prior to that he worked in the International Monetary Fund (IMF), where he was Advisor to the Executive Director for the Russian Federation from 2001 to 2004 (Washington DC). During his tenure with the IMF, he published the first comprehensive study of Russias entry into the WTO Topical issues in Russias accession to the WTO, and in 2007 completed his second book on Russias competitiveness.

Mr. Lissovoliks academic credentials include a BA magna cum laude in Economics from Harvard College; an MA with honors in International Economic Relations from Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO); an MSc in Economics from the London School of Economics (LSE); and a PhD in Economics from MGIMO and a Doctorate from the Diplomatic Academy.

Mr. Lissovolik is a member of the Advisory Council of the Central Bank of Russia. Since 2009, he became a member of the Council on Foreign and Defense Policy (SVOP). In 2010, Mr. Lissovolik became a member of the Bretton Woods Committee.
