USRBC's second annual legal conference, Identifying Opportunity and Managing Risk in Russia: A USRBC Seminar for the Oil & Gas Industry will take place on Thursday, May 27, 2010, at the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, Houston Branch.  The Seminar will address the best ways to evaluate opportunities and anticipate and manage the various forms of risk that oil and gas companies and their suppliers and service providers face when undertaking projects in Russia.
