ABOUT THE RABD
The Russian-American Business Dialogue is a private-sector effort designed to strengthen the economic and commercial relationship between the U.S. and Russia. The creation of this business-to-business mechanism was announced by U.S. President George W. Bush and Russian President Vladimir Putin in July 2001. It is led by two American and two Russian umbrella trade associations: the U.S.-Russia Business Council, the American Chamber of Commerce in Russia, the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, and the Russian-American Business Council.
