Morning Keynote:  Lawrence Summers, World-Class Economist and Expert on Globalization, who has served as US Secretary of the Treasury, Chief Economist of the World Bank, President of Harvard University

Plenary Session: International Government Executives from each of the three countries will give an overview of economic and investment policies. Dr Abhishek Singhvi, Member of Parliament and National Spokesperson for the Congress Party, India; Dmitry Milovantsev, Vice Minister of Information Technology and Communications, Russia
