The Eurasia Center and the Eurasian Business Coalition invite you to attend the 26th Annual World Russian Forum. Proposed to be held again in the Hart Senate Office Building, United States Senate, you are invited to participate in a challenging agenda featuring new proposals for a greatly expanding Russian economy based upon significant investments in new housing, health care, small-to-medium scale enterprises, and education. Further topics on investments in natural resource exploration and extraction with expanding trade in oil, natural gas, timber, gold, diamonds, among other natural resource sectors will be discussed. Other presentations will include the topics of high technology, banking, international trade, and economic development. This event will allow you and your colleagues to interact with those in Russia and Eurasia seeking to expand two-way trade, direct investments, tourism, and open communications.
Invest in Russia Conference
Within the Framework of the World Russia Forum, there will be an additional Invest In Russia Conference. The Conference sessions will take place in one of WashingtonвЂ™s exclusive hotels. The program will feature seven one-hour-long plenary sessions, which will be dedicated either to concrete investment projects in Russia or to investment opportunities in Russian regions, sectors of Russian economy and areas of business activities.
The Conference agenda will be oriented to U.S. firms and individual businessmen who are interested in doing business or investing in Russia. The Conference agenda will also be of special interest to Russian firms and individual businessmen who are looking for partners in the United States to organize joint-ventures, who are interested in obtaining U.S. equipment and services, and who would like to learn about the possibilities of financing their projects with the help of U.S. governmental organizations and multilateral development banks.
The main goals of the Conference are to facilitate new U.S. business activities and investments in Russia; to present concrete investment projects in Russia; to inform the U.S. businessmen and investors about investment opportunities in concrete Russian regions and sectors of Russian economy; to update U.S. firms and individual investors on recent developments in Russian law regulating foreign investments, taxation, circulation of land, customs procedures and currency control; and to provide U.S. and Russian businessmen with the opportunity to get acquainted and discuss their projects during the Conference.
